At the Chair of Business Administration, especially Work, Human Resource Management and Organisation Studies, we pursue the goal of excellent research and teaching. Our research focuses on the business functions of work, human resources and organisation. Our research is characterised by interdisciplinarity and theoretically sound, empirical analyses. We use the acquisition of third-party funding to carry out innovative research projects. We transfer our findings to science-oriented business practice. In our teaching, we impart knowledge to students in the business functions of work, human resources and organisation. We focus on current, socially and entrepreneurially relevant research and practice topics.
