The Chair of Business Administration, in particular Digital Management and Digital Work, devotes its research and teaching to the problem-oriented issues of increasing digitalisation, the use of algorithms and artificial intelligence, as well as the associated ethical implications and effects on the various actors in a modern and digitalised world of work. The focus is particularly on the transfer of knowledge and the teaching and promotion of theoretical and methodological skills in order to make scientifically sound contributions to current research, university teaching and entrepreneurial practice.
